The dynamic, award-winning quintet returns to the Westermann Stage with an exciting new repertoire.

Imani Winds is back! Celebrating over two decades of music making, the  Grammy winning Imani Winds has led both a revolution and evolution of the wind quintet through their dynamic playing, adventurous programming, imaginative collaborations and outreach endeavors that have inspired audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

The oboist Toyin Spellman is on leave for this spring, and the oboe seat is being covered by Mekhi Gladden, a recent Curtis Institute graduate and a former student of Toyin. Since the musicians are listed by name in this release, we should include this detail so no one is unhappy.
