Date & Time: December 1, 2022 1:00pm – 3:30pm
Location: University Center 113/114/115

December 1st is World AIDS Day, a day to remember those who have been lost to the disease, show our care and dedication to helping those living with HIV/AIDS, and honor the work of those who fought for treatments and equality for people living with HIV/AIDS. Join us for a screening of David France’s 2012 documentary, “How to Survive a Plague” which focuses on ACT UP New York and citizen scientists who put pressure on the government to respond to the increasingly deadly HIV/AIDS epidemic and to accelerate the search for treatments and cures.
