History is a DRAG!

Drag is a lot of things, but it definitely isn’t boring like the name might imply. Whether you have your own drag act on the weekends, a fan of Ru Paul’s Drag Race or you’ve never seen a Drag King or Queen in your life, this is the event for you. Join us in the Multicultural Center for a brief presentation on the history of drag, how the artform evolved, and its significance, especially in the LGBTQ+ community. Following the history lesson, stick around for some drag trivia and maybe you’ll feel adventurous enough to enter our lip sync competition or try your hand at a drag look of your own.

There will be prizes for Trivia and contest winners as well af free food and drinks for all who attend!
