Humera Qazi is a managing director at Morgan Stanley, serving as Head of Wealth Management Operations’ Client Services Group, responsible for developing, executing and delivering client service and client experience strategies. She serves as lead for global operations’ diversity and inclusion in the Americas, implementing initiatives focused on accelerating the pace of change in D&I. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ms. Qazi was a managing director in KPMG’s Management Consulting practice, serving the Financial Services industry, specializing in information management, data and analytics, and business intelligence with AI.

Ms. Qazi is a vocal advocate for women in the workplace. She is a member of Morgan Stanley’s Women in Wealth network and served as co-chair of KPMG’s Network of Women for Long Island before that. She is a member of, and has served on the board of directors of the Women’s Bond Club, the oldest organization of women in financial services in New York.

Apart from women’s initiatives, Humera serves on the board of directors for Miracle Corners of the World, an organization dedicated to empowering youth leadership in Africa and around the world. She is a former board member of the United Way of Long Island.

Ms. Qazi earned a BBA from Adelphi University in 1993 and also holds an MBA in Business Computer Information Systems.

Kevin O’Connor is President and Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Bancorp and its wholly owned subsidiary, BNB Bank (BNB). Prior to assuming this role in January 2008, Kevin was the Executive Vice President & Treasurer at North Fork Bank. Kevin has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in accounting from Adelphi University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

An active supporter of local New York communities, both personally and professionally, O’Connor is a past President and Advisory Board Member of Suffolk County Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees of Suffolk County Community College and a Board Member of the New York State Bankers Association.

Recently named one of Long Island’s Top CEO’s by Long Island Business News, O’Connor has been honored by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County, Eastern Long Island Hospital, Suffolk Community College and Boy Scouts Suffolk County Chapter for his proactive role in championing these causes. Kevin has three sons and resides in Great River.
