McAllister & Quinn (M&Q) will provide a one-hour webinar about grant writing to all interested faculty and staff at Adelphi University. M&Q will be joined by Alixanna Norris, PhD.
The webinar will provide participants with a broad overview of grant funding from federal agencies and foundations as well as tips for applying to various agencies.

This webinar is hosted by McAllister & Quinn (M&Q) Adelphi grant consultants, in collaboration with the Senate Committee on Scholarship and Office of Research and Sponsored Programs.

About the Speaker
Dr. Alixanna Norris, PhD Cancer Biology from Wake Forest University and postdoctoral research fellowship at Dartmouth College will conduct the webinar. Dr. Norris has been a grant writer and science advisor to M&Q since 2012. In addition, she is the founder of Tn Consulting, LLC, a highly regarded grant writing and consulting group. Since its inception, Tn Consulting has helped clients secure over $87M from academic and for-profit federal research programs, with over $17M being awarded in 2020 alone. Dr. Norris’ particular specialties are in writing to the NIH’s, NSF’s, and DoD’s competitive programmatic and investigator-initiated programs to advance research across a wide variety of disciplines.
