The Criminal Justice Club at Adelphi University is open to all disciplines, not just the Major or Minor of Criminal Justice. Join us as we have an exciting semester ahead of Criminal Justice related events to include the Clothesline Project that brings awareness about Domestic Violence, Mock Law Class, that introduces students to what a traditional Law School class is like, and so much more! The Executive Board have, and continues to work hard to make this year just as exciting and innovative as any other! We hope to hold some events surrounding social and racial justice, especially with what has been occurring in recent years, and we welcome any and all ideas from our members on events we can host or co host! One such event last semester was a Clothing Boutique where students were able to come and (for free) take home professional clothing, and hope to have something similar occur again this semester. Unfortunately, as a result of the latest surge in Coronavirus cases, all of our meetings are virtual until further notice, on the Zoom platform. Even though this is the case, the EBoard will try very hard to keep these meetings relevant and engaging, and again we welcome any ideas in how to improve our meetings. If you have any questions you can email or text Charles Herman, the President of Criminal Justice Club at cjclub@adelphi.edu or 202-734-1901.
