About the Speaker
Jennifer Norman, Esq.
Jennifer Norman, Esq. is an experienced and highly skilled trial attorney with a demonstrated history of success in the fields of criminal defense and community education. Jennifer is a full-time criminal defense attorney, representing a large number of clients between 15 and 18 years of age for offenses such as assault, harassment, drug possession, child pornography, and theft. Her representation does not end at mere defense for charged crimes but extends to addressing the totality of the clients’ needs. Jennifer’s philosophy is that informative and engaging education is the best way to prevent young adults from finding themselves in legal trouble. Through her various workshops and lectures, she hopes to arm students of all ages with the information they need to make good decisions that help keep them and their peers out of harm’s way.
Jennifer is a graduate of CUNY Queens College as well as St. John’s University School of Law. During her law school tenure, she received a Gold Pro Bono Service Award in recognition of her commitment to public service, and that commitment has only increased throughout her 10+ in legal practice. She has been admitted to the NY State Bar, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of NY, and the United States Supreme Court Bar.
