Toni Cawley, Adjunct Professor of Decision Sciences and Marketing. Toni Cawley has over 30 years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry developing strategies and implementation plans to execute global transformation initiatives. Her career includes working at Colgate Palmolive and The Nature’s Bounty Company. She is currently at Spinnaker SCA where she is providing organization change management consulting services to global clients. She holds a BS in Computer Science and Math and an MS in Software Engineering both from Pace University. She is a certified CCMP and a PMP. She is also an adjunct professor at Adelphi University.

Andres is a seasoned supply chain executive with a track record spanning 25 years, with experiences across the entire plan, source, make and deliver cycle. He currently serves as the Worldwide Director of Supply Chain Design at Colgate Palmolive, where he spearheaded sourcing strategies for the oral care, personal care and home care categories. He received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Universidad del Valle.

Hesham Mourad, Senior Supply Chain Manager, Nestle Health Science. Hesham Muroud is a supply chain professional in the pharma industry and medical device manufacturing industry both on regional and global roles. He is an ERP system expert with excellent analytical skills gained through leading change initiatives as well as supporting strategic decision making at C level management. He is currently Senior Supply Chain Manager at Nestle Health Science. He received an MBA at University of Wales, Cardiff.

Jamie Perkins-Bilovus, VP of Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Belgium Boys. Jamie Perkins-Bilovus is a hands-on supply chain professional with over 20 years’ of experience in large public and private companies. She is an operations expert who has earned fast-track promotions by exceeding safety, quality, quantity and time standards in highly capacity-constrained manufacturing environments. She is currently vice president of Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Belgium Boys. She received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biological Engineering at Michigan State University.

Holly Williamson is an outcomes-oriented change agent with extensive experience in leveraging operational expertise in sales, customer service, and supply chain in the consumer packaged goods industry. She specializes in eCommerce supply chain and order fulfillment with a focus on evaluating third-party logistics e-commerce fulfillment providers and driving operations startups. She currently serves as the director of eCommerce Supply Chain at Colgate-Palmolive. She received a Bachelor of Science in Management and MBA both at the University of Arkansas.

Monica Mayer

Monica Mayer

Monica Mayer is a global sourcing leader focused on indirect procurement for supply chain, global logistics, marketing, and professional services with a proven track record of delivering strategic and financial value in developed and emerging markets. She worked at Colgate Palmolive for 27 years, and currently she serves as the senior director of indirect procurement at Revlon. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Universidad ICESI.
