She has over 30 years’ experience helping firms find technology solutions and leading digital initiatives. Currently, Ms. Zawisza is vice president, research and consulting, at Novarica, an organization that helps insurance companies make better decisions about technology projects. Before that, she was the chief information officer of claim services at the Traveler insurance company. In her career she has worked at several insurance firms including The Phoenix Companies and Aetna.
