Adelphi Department of Music students present an afternoon of vocal performance.
The Adelphi Chorale, under the direction of Todd Wachsman, will celebrate the Earth in song with selections by Frank Ticheli, Ernst Toch, Undine Smith Moore and Fanny Hensel, alongside works by Norman Dello Joio and Sam Pottle.
Adelphi Vocal Ensemble will feature its talented members in everything from solo settings to full ensemble numbers. Our program will explore scenes of joy, contentment, and introspection and feature the premiere of Adelphi Alum Kevin Lubin’s William Carlos Williams Songs. Other repertoire includes works by Trần, Finzi, Whitacre, Hatfield, Kirchner and more!
