This course examines the different methods of resolving conflict between children, parents, and schools, and community organizations; radical or ethnic groups; public agencies and officials; police and citizens.

The subject of this course, Conflict Management is intended to familiarize students with several types of cases in management. These cases range from managerial functions and activities to managing stress and change.
