Design assessments that promote authentic engagement, critical thinking, and academic integrity in the age of AI.

In this hands-on workshop, participants will explore strategies such as backward design, process-oriented assignments, and classroom culture practices that encourage meaningful student work and thoughtful engagement with AI tools.

Participants will revise an existing assignment using these strategies to create more AI-resilient, critical thinking–based assessments. Please bring an assessment you would like to revise during the session.
