Nqobile Billé Chitimbire

Nqobile “Bille” Chitimbire is the Chief Operating Officer of Esusu, a leading financial technology company helping renters build credit, offering property management analytics, and delivering rental assistance programs. Since joining in 2021, he has been instrumental in Esusu’s growth from seed stage to a $1.2 billion Series C valuation, overseeing a number of key functions, including Risk & Compliance, Product & Engineering, Customer Support, and People & Culture, just to name a few. His leadership has driven major initiatives that transformed teams, strengthened organizational performance, and positioned Esusu as one of the fastest-growing fintech platforms in the U.S.

Before Esusu, Bille built a career in banking and risk management across multiple institutions. He served as First Vice President and Head of Enterprise & Market Risk at Bank Leumi USA, led repo style transactions (Repos, Securities and margin lending) and regulatory capital initiatives at Barclays Investment Bank, and advanced quickly at Flushing Bank, where he directed enterprise, credit, liquidity, and capital allocation risk programs, including asset liability management.

Beyond his corporate career, Bille is the Managing Partner of Africa Growth LLC, investing in debt and equity opportunities across Africa, and actively supports philanthropic efforts around financial access, clean water, and youth empowerment. He holds a Master’s in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University and a BSc in Finance and Economics from Adelphi University, both magna cum laude, and has completed CFA Levels I and II Program.

Tanweer Ansari, Esq.

Senior Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer, First Central Savings Bank

Tanweer Ansari, Esq.

Tanweer Ansari serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at First Central Savings Bank, where he designs and leads the institution’s regulatory and compliance strategy. He oversees comprehensive BSA/AML and OFAC programs, ensuring operational integrity and safeguarding against financial crime.

Previously, Tan held executive leadership roles as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Risk Officer at First National Bank LI® where he developed and executed enterprise-wide risk management strategies, integrated fraud mitigation systems, and ensured adherence to state and federal banking regulations.

Beyond his corporate roles, Tan serves on the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association Banking Law Committee and also chaired the Long Island Banks Compliance Association. He has also contributed through advisory roles with the Adelphi University Robert B. Willumstad School of Business and the American Bankers Association Regulatory Compliance Conference.

Tan earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law, an MBA in Management from Adelphi University, and a bachelor’s degree in English/Law and Public Policy from Union College. Tan also completed the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking program at Wharton. His leadership and contributions have been recognized with honors including the Jeffrey and Diana Owen Scholarship for Emerging Community Bank Leaders and the Long Island Business News Executive Circle Award.

Jesse Day

Jesse Day is the Director of Operations at R&T Deposit Solutions, where he leads modernization and scalability initiatives while overseeing the day-to-day settlement of funds for banking clients. He brings deep hands-on operational expertise paired with high-level oversight across R&T’s critical processes. Jesse began his career at R&T in an entry-level role and advanced into leadership through progressive operational responsibilities. He is a graduate of Adelphi University.
