About the Lime Connect Fellowship Program
The Lime Connect Fellowship Program is our leadership development opportunity for high-potential students with disabilities. The program guides Fellows through the summer internship recruitment process and connects them with world-leading corporate partners for potential Summer 2026 internships and more.

Engage in a life-changing community of current and past Fellows.
The Fellowship kicks off with a leadership and development symposium in New York City and includes coaching, webinars, mentoring, and community discussions throughout the year.
