Date & Time: February 26 1:30pm – 2:30pm
Location: University Center Room 213/214

This event features a presentation from an immigration lawyer that aims to provide training on how to protect yourself and those in your community from ICE.

In the wake of mass uncertainty about the status and rights of undocumented and documented immigrants in the United States, this presentation aims to better inform the community about individuals’ rights regarding their immigration status and how to deal with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Understanding your rights is essential when dealing with immigration enforcement. This is especially catered to students with F-1 or DACA statuses but it is encouraged for everyone to participate regardless of immigration status.

This event is presented by Students for Justice in Palestine, the Latino Student Association, and Panthers For Progress.
