This workshop defines racism and provides illustrations of its influence in the workplace, on campus and in the classroom.
Participants will explore strategies for recognizing racism, as well as actions to take to diminish its influence.
This workshop is offered as part of the Adelphi University Diversity Certificate program for faculty and staff.
