Adelphi University offers full-time employees the option to enroll in the vision plan provided by EyeMed Vision Care. Employees are responsible for paying the full premium, which varies based on the selected plan option.

Dependent Coverage
Dependents under age 26 are eligible for vision coverage until the end of the calendar month in which they turn 26, regardless of their student or marital status.

Submitting Out-of-Network Claims
To submit out-of-network vision expenses for reimbursement, download and fill out the EyeMed Out-Of-Network Claim Form.
