Description:

Students will explore the relationship between leisure practices, the histories of LGBTQ2S+ persons, and the formation of queer cultures. This course will explore LGBTQ2S+ persons through a leisure lens, with particular emphasis on leisure’s role in the development of New York and North American LGBTQ2S+ histories and queer cultural practices.
