This First-Year Seminar introduces Adelphi students to leadership and teamwork through engaging physical activities that support the transition to college and build confidence, communication, and collaboration. Students participate in cooperative games and team challenges that develop leadership, problem-solving, and skills transferable to academic success, campus involvement, and future careers.
