Join Dr. Allouane, director of the Student Counseling Center, for an open and welcoming conversation on mental health and the unique experiences of international students. Drawing from her own international background and cross-cultural experience, she will facilitate a conversation on cultural adjustment, stress, belonging, and navigating mental health on the Adelphi campus. This is an opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and learn new ways to support your well-being while navigating life and focusing on your academic success.
