Take a break and get creative! Join the Health and Wellness Peer Educators for a relaxing Stress Relief Scrapbooking Event on March 10th from 3:15 PM – 5:30 PM in the Library Innovation Center.

Students are invited to unwind, express themselves through creativity, and connect with others while making their own scrapbook pages. Whether you want to reflect on memories, set intentions, or simply enjoy a mindful activity, this is a great opportunity to decompress during the semester.

All materials will be provided, so just bring yourself and your creativity.
