Engage in Mindfulness practices to help reduce anxiety by anchoring attention to the present moment, breaking the cycle of worry and rumination. Through conscious breathing and nonjudgmental awareness, individuals learn to observe anxious thoughts without becoming overwhelmed by them. Over time, this gentle awareness cultivates emotional resilience and a greater sense of calm.
