Residents will engage with the community board by sharing their favorite songs and their names. They will use a pen and post-it notes. The learning outcomes of the community music board are for participants to express themselves through music, develop an appreciation for diverse perspectives, and strengthen connections by engaging with each other’s favorite songs. This program promotes inclusivity and belonging by giving everyone a chance to share something meaningful to them, celebrating cultural diversity, and creating common ground through the universal language of music.
