Come join SARAP for our annual Halo-Halloween event! Halo-Halo means “mix-mix” in Tagalog and it is a popular dessert in the Philippines! We will be showing how to make it. There will be a costume contest, so come dressed up in costumes! We will be also be playing games where you can win prizes!
