Take a break from the busyness of the semester and join us for a cozy night of relaxation! We’ll begin with mindful coloring, where you can unwind, de-stress, and express your creativity with fall- and Halloween-themed coloring pages. Afterwards, settle in with friends for a movie screening complete with snacks.
This event is all about self-care, community, and balance—a perfect way to recharge while enjoying the season. All supplies will be provided—just bring yourself and your cozy vibes!
Residents who participate in the Mindful Coloring & Movie Night will be able to recognize at least one mindfulness or stress-relief strategy (such as mindful coloring or intentional relaxation through leisure activities) that they can incorporate into their daily routine to support their personal well-being.
