Flow through a series of guided movements designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. This mid-week Vinyasa Yoga class offers a mindful break to help you reconnect, reset, and restore.

Join us every Wednesday from 1:00 – 2:00 pm in the Mindfulness Center, UC room 324.
