We will have an honor to host the following guests from Morgan Stanley:
Rita Chaturvedi is Executive Director, Head of Release Engineering and Change Management, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Technology, managing over 110K changes across ~1800 applications and infrastructure supporting over ~$6 Trillion in Client Assets. Rita has held several roles in Technology Operations since joining Morgan Stanley, and is a DEI champion.
Donna Florendo is an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Technology. Donna is responsible for Client and Account Reference Data across Wealth Management impacting Clients, Wealth Management Field, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, Marketing, Analytics & Strategy. She is passionate about modernization and spearheads integrating AI into core systems to deliver smarter, future-ready solution. She is an active member of Women In Technology (WIT) and People Engagement Program (PEP) supporting diversity and inclusion.
Laura Derowitsch graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 2022 and joined Morgan Stanley’s Technology Analyst Program on the Application Development track. She now works on the Asset Servicing Technology team to create and enhance modern systems for corporate actions processing. Laura is a member of the Women in Technology group and a club leader for Girls Who Code after school programs.
Rena Repenning graduated Tulane University and the firm’s Technology Analyst Program in 2022. She is a member of MSIM’s Operations Technology team, working to support and enhance middle office trade flow applications. Rena also serves as the Project Manager for firmwide Women in Technology’s Recruiting and external Partnerships workstream.
