Over 30 years ago, Mandy Barnett was chosen by the legendary Ryman Auditorium for the title role of a new production called “Always….Patsy Cline.” The tremendous success of this production resulted in countless sold-out performances, numerous extensions of this limited engagement for over two years, and rave reviews from the international press. Now an official member of the Grand Ole Opry and widely considered by her peers to be one of Nashville’s finest vocalists, Mandy Barnett makes her Adelphi PAC debut by revisiting Patsy Cline’s classic songs that started her career. You’ll hear Patsy Cline classics like “Walkin’ After Midnight,” “I’ll Fall To Pieces,” “Back In Baby’s Arms,” “Crazy,” and many, many more.

Called the “Nashville Sound Chanteuse” (Music Row) and “the Judy Garland of our time” (American Songwriter), Grand Ole Opry member Mandy Barnett has built a reputation for her commanding voice and unwavering devotion to classic country and popular standards. Barnett started singing at five years-old and has enchanted listeners around the globe with her world-class vocals and musical chameleon qualities ever since. Of this singer’s singer, songwriter’s dream, and audience favorite, renowned songwriter/artist Jimmy Webb states simply, “Mandy Barnett has a voice for the ages.”

The Poole Family Broadway Series at the Adelphi PAC is generously sponsored by Mary Jane and Thomas Poole.
