Work Order System (Footprints)

The Help Desk uses a work order tracking system called Footprints, which is customized for Adelphi University to allow faculty and staff to put in service requests. The system is used to track problems, make requests and track changes.
If you need assistance with campus-related technology issues, please submit a work order request describing the problem. Your request is assigned a unique ticket number so that you can check the status.
To submit an IT request, please use the IT Support Request Form. This form provides a faster, easier way to request IT assistance from any device and will automatically create a work order in the Footprints Work Order System.
To review the status of an existing request, log in to the Footprints Work Order System. You can also browse the Knowledge Base for answers to common questions.
