A $900,000 donation to Adelphi University will create a scholarship in honor of the late John J. Gutleber.

When Lenore Nemirow passed away in 2012, her children, Joan Benn ’85, Elisa Nemirow ’83 and Mark Nemirow, honored her memory by creating the Lenore Nemirow Scholarship.

In 2002, colleagues and friends of alumnus and former coach Paul Doherty '62 established The Paul J. Doherty Memorial Scholarship.

Adelphi University has received a $2.5 million commitment from Trustee Frank Angello ’77 and his wife Phyllis. In recognition of their generosity and their service to the University, Adelphi will dedicate the Angello Alumni House on Sunday, March 22, 2015.

Carol A. Ammon, MBA ‘79, ’10 (Hon.), DNP has created three scholarships that will ensure the Ammon name lives on at Adelphi and directly support students in need of scholarship funds.

In 2002 the Nebletts established The Marcus Rayman Neblett Award and have continued to contribute to this initiative through the years.

The Smalley Family Endowment for Italian Language Studies was established in 2013. This endowment provides scholarships to undergraduate students pursuing a minor (or major when it is available) in Italian language.

The Gregory Peter Gutman Scholarship in Management Education was established at Adelphi University in 2003 through a bequest from the late Professor Gutman.
