• If you live on campus, run for the Executive Board of the Residential Student Association
• Participate in diversity programs like out for lunch, and dinner and dialogue, which sparks informational conversations with staff and faculty members who are a part of the Adelphi community.
• Participate in a CORE and Safe Zone Training.

• Attend a Reel Justice Film Viewing to join a discussion on the topic of the movie and with your fellow peers surrounding the diversity, equaity, and inclusion topic.
• Sign up for the Leadership Certificate Program. Build your Linkedin profile and meet with the Center for Career and Professional Development to get ideas on conducting a job search.
