Adelphi Graduate Student Selected for Prestigious Emergency Management Fellowship

Adelphi University student Robert Bristol has been chosen for the prestigious John D. Solomon Fellowship for Public Service. Bristol is currently studying to receive his master’s in emergency management and will be working at the NYC Department of Education through the fellowship to build the agency’s Crisis Management Tools as well as implementing the Continuity of Operations Plan.

LI colleges make U.S. News & World Report’s 2016 Best Colleges Rankings

U.S. News & World Report released their 2016 Best Colleges rankings and Adelphi was listed among them. Lori Duggan Gold, vice president for communications at Adelphi, said the rankings are “one of many tools available for students and families in the college selection process, and we are pleased to be on the list of best national universities in the country.”
