Visit the Climate Action Council’s Public Hearing! Be a Climate Activist

Be a climate activist! Currently, New York is behind in meeting its long-term climate goals, and we need to demand better. Help shape the future of New York and advocate for real climate solutions, and a just transition off of fossil fuels. 

The Climate Action Council will hold 10 public hearings across the State to receive public input on the Draft Scoping Plan and advance work on a Final scoping Plan to guide the implementation of the State’s nation-leading climate goals under the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act. Join the Environmental Action Coalition in visiting this public hearing and communicating our own needs for New York’s climate plan. We need real climate solutions, including clean energy independence that doesn’t fund wars across the globe. Join us in demanding climate justice for New York!
