This session is designed to help participants determine what their leadership style is and to discover the impact of their-and others-leadership preferences and traits on learning, work, communications, and team dynamics.
By understanding your own behavior style and the behavior styles of others, you can establish rapport more easily, become more persuasive, and minimize miscommunication and the possibility of rubbing someone the wrong way.
