A Safe Zone is a place where all people can feel safe, supported and welcome, particularly members of the lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender communities.

Through this conference, we hope to encourage our students to continue to seek successful careers in the STEM fields, therefore, motivating others and sparking change.
