Developing Cultural Intelligence

In this workshop participants will do the following:

• Complete and receive feedback on the Cultural Intelligence Scale (CQS): CQS is aimed to measure individual ability to understand, act and manage effectively in culturally diverse settings.
• Explore ways to develop CQ
• Learn how to reconcile personal and organizational cultural dilemmas
