Personal Statement

Personal Statement

I have been an educator throughout my career serving as an elementary level teacher, elementary, middle and high school counselor and central and building administrator in K-12 school districts. I have experienced the changes that technology produced in the field of education K-12. I believe that aspiring administrators in the Educational Leadership and Technology program should be technologically adept to lead and be role models for their staff. A faculty empowered with technology skills can contribute to their students' achievement.
