Personal Statement

I teach courses on nineteenth, twentieth, and twenty-first century literature, and other topics related to interdisciplinary literary production, visual culture, media, and multimedia activism. My research focus is on transatlantic texts between 1890-1940.

Research Interests

I am working on a book manuscript on the intersections between representations of sexuality and disability in early twentieth-century writing by women. My areas of interest center twentieth- and twenty-first century women's writing and cultural production. My other interests include interdisciplinary studies, literary media, visual culture, digital humanities and general education pedagogy.
