Facilitator/coach for Willumstad Leadership Scholars (Internal Team): This is a team of six (the number can change year to year) high achieving senior students from all majors in the business school. They work on an internal project and at the end of the year they present their work to President Riordan, the Provost, Mr. Willumstad, and some other executives/officers in the University. I meet the students every week for one hour. I guide them and encourage them to engage in critical thinking with regard to their project. I also make meetings with faculty and staff to support the project. I interview the candidates with Dr. Hyland and Lori Cary. (2023-2024, 2022-2023, 2021-2022, 2020-2021, 2019-2020 & 2018-2019)

Faculty advisor, Nobias Intercollegiate Investing Challenge: I built a team of three graduate students and trained them. We are attended a three-month investing challenge. (2021-2022)
Faculty advisor, Quinnipiac University’s Global Asset Management Education Forum: I build a team of four students, support them and attend a three-day event in Manhattan with the students. We participate in a portfolio management competition (online). (2022-2023, 2019-2020 & 2018-2019)
Faculty advisor, University Trading Challenge at Bentley University Waltham, MA: I build a team of three students, train them and attend a one-day event at Bentley University Waltham, MA. Last year, one of my students won the best trader award. (2019-2020 & 2018-2019)
Faculty advisor, Bloomberg Trading Challenge: I build a team of four students and support them. (2025-2026, 2024-2025 & 2019-2020)
Corporate Partner Relations: I worked with Citrin Cooperman to create a Long Island, NY Economic Survey. (2024-2025)
Alumni and Donor Relations: I made meetings with our alum and donor Mr. Bharat Bhise, the owner of Bravia Capital, including visiting him in Manhattan and having two lunches, one in campus and one in Manhattan. He offered two lectures to my students. I had our alum Cristofer Damianos, the owner of Damianos Realty Group, as a guest lecturer. I attended a cocktail with our alumni at Morgan Stanley (2024-2025, 2023-2024 & 2022-2023)
Accelerated MBA Program - Economics Module: I incorporate a required learning module in economics for students entering the Accelerated MBA Program from Fall 2019 onward. Develop the content of a four-hour module in economics. Teach the module to the students. Create a data bank of questions to assess student learning of the taught material. Organize for students to take a test online. Liaise closely with the School’s Graduate Studies Office to carry out these responsibilities, including communicating student success on the test. Graduate Program Review: I read all of the syllabi used in the last four years for graduate level finance courses and prepared an excel spreadsheet showing the overlaps between different courses and highlighting differences between different professors teaching the same courses. (2021-2022)
AACSB Vision, Mission, Values Statements: I prepared the Vision, Mission, Values Statements for the Robert B. Willumstad School of Business with the other committee members. (2020-2021)

NASDAQ Visit: I visited NASDAQ with 12 students and we attended the closing bell ceremony. (2023-2024)
Federal Reserve Bank of New York Visit: I visited Federal Reserve Bank of New York with 20 students. (2024-2025)
Business Plan Competition Evaluation: I evaluated all of the proposals. (2024-2025, 2023-2024 & 2022-2023)
Business Plan Competition Lecture: I develop the content of a one-hour lecture about small business finance fundamentals and teach to the finalists at the Business Plan Competition. Also, I meet each finalist one by one and check their work and give advice to them. (2019-2020)
TD Bank/AU Financial Literacy Academy for the Bridges to Adelphi Program: Teaching financial literacy to the students in the Bridges to Adelphi Program with Prof. Robert Goldberg, Prof. Rakesh Gupta, and Prof. Ganesh Pandit. I developed the course material and taught for two weeks in the Fall 2021 semester and for another two weeks in the Spring 2022 semester. (2021-2022)
TD Bank, 2019: $15,000 grant from TD Charitable Foundation in support of a new financial literacy program for local high school students (with Dr. Ganesh Pandit). (2019)
Jovia Financial Credit Union (Formerly NEFCU) grant: I attend all of the meetings with Jovia officials and Adelphi staff (with Dr. Pandit and Dr. Johnson). (2019-2020)
Manhattan Center Focus Group: I joined the discussion group about changing the location of our Manhattan Center. (2021-2022)
Media: I was a featured expert on WalletHub, offering advice to consumers seeking to invest in certificates of deposit (CDs). I was a featured expert on WalletHub, offering guidance to consumers on debt consolidation loans. I wrote about how to evaluate the potential of a private company before investing for CreditDonkey. Accelerated MBA Partnership with Wiley Educational Services: I attended the meetings with the Wiley representatives to establish a fully online program. (2021-2022)
