Grants/Sponsored Research

2013 Recipient of Catwalk Art Residency, Catskill, NY. The two-week residency supported the development of my new musical "Crowned."

2011-2012 Harold Clurman Playwright-in-Residence at the Stella Adler Studio. The year-long residency supported the development and production of my new play "The Empty Ocean."

Invited Participant in the Lark Play Development Center's 2012 & 2011 Winter Writers Retreat, and 2010 & 2008 Summer Residency at Vassar College/New York Stage & Film.

Adelphi University Faculty Development Grant, 2010-11. The production grant supported the development of my cabaret musical "The Re-Hydration of Edith Pilaf."

Centre des Auteurs Dramatiques (CEAD) translation residency and travel grant, fall 2008/winter 2009. The residency, in Montreal, Quebec, supported the translation into French of my play "Substitution" and, subsequently, presented and made the script available to Francophone theatres and institutions.
