Personal StatementI believe education should be a dialogue between professor and student. Each should walk away enriched. I think work habits are more important than talent or intelligence. They are more unique in the world. I feel if you aren't having fun, you are doing something wrong. The secret to life is to pitch your tent on top of what you love.
Research InterestsAesthetically I am interested in “density” and the intersection of elements at the service of narrative.
Grants/Sponsored ResearchI am the director of the SAY IT! media literacy which runs a variety of service and research media based activities in public schools.
