Associate Professor of Management, Adelphi University, School of Business, 2003 to present. Taught graduate courses in leadership and undergraduate courses in business policy and strategy, organizational behavior, personnel concepts, management concepts, participative management, case studies in management, creative business communication, effective communication (ABLE) at the Garden City, Hauppaugue campus and McGraw-Hill in New York City.

Adjunct Professor, Adelphi University School of Business, 2001-2003
Taught leadership to incoming GOAL MBA cohorts including McGraw-Hill in New York City.

Professor, LIU, C.W. Post School of Graduate Education while serving as Vice President and Provost of the Regional Campuses. Taught graduate and undergraduate courses in the School of Education and Business including management, United Nations Studies (at the UN), Freshman Seminar (Hofstra), and Political Science at SUNY Farmingdale as an adjunct professor.
