The new regulations increase reporting responsibilities for all Adelphi employees.<\/p>\n<h2>Key components of the policy include<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Employees who are<\/em>\u00a0<em>not confidential<\/em> have mandatory responsibilities to report any prohibited conduct to the Title IX Coordinator.<\/li>\n<li><em>All employees<\/em> have a mandatory responsibility to share the Title IX Coordinator\u2019s contact information with any student who discloses a pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Next steps<\/h2>\n<p>Continued education plays an important part in supporting an environment that is free from sex discrimination.
