Acknowledging the profound emotional labor inherent in social work, participants will engage in guided visual storytelling exercises to examine their professional experiences, uncover sources of both resilience and strain, and develop sustainable self-care practices.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each session integrates concepts of well-being with creative practice, providing a supportive environment for reflection, peer connection, and purposeful action. No photography experience or special equipment is required. She is also known for her PhotoVoice projects, helping professionals work with different communities to tell their own stories in words and images \u2013 ranging from young people with critical illnesses to older adults with early onset Dementia.\u00a0 Trained as both a writer and photographer with her BFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and a social worker (LMSW, Silberman School of Social Work), Annie has combined these two fields. She is an award-winning photographer and creative director whose work telling the stories of different companies, organizations, and people, is done on a variety of platforms \u2013 ranging from exclusively digital to live events. She works in both traditional and unique spaces to allow people to both see and experience clients\u2019 stories. Annie is frequently invited to speak to groups about project design and messaging, including Google\u2019s Ignite Healthcare, Cleveland Clinic\u2019s Empathy &amp; Innovation Conference, John A.
