Reason for Policy
This policy is needed in order to create a pool of employees that are currently underutilized and can be redeployed to areas within Adelphi where additional assistance is requested.

The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically impacted University operations. In order to maintain optimal workflows where possible, the University will temporarily redeploy employees with excess capacity into areas or departments where additional support is needed.

Deans, directors, chairs, managers, and employees who wish to be a part of the redeployment process should contact the Office of Human Resources at humanres@adelphi.edu or their Human Resource Partner.
