The program aims to create a bridge between the academic and professional worlds, enriching the University experience for both students and alumni through strategic collaboration and shared knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Objectives<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Foster future leaders and executives.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Support student personal and professional growth and development.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Exclusive networking opportunities<\/strong><\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Strengthen alumni engagement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Executive Fellows Will:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span><strong>Provide guidance and mentorship to the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/advancement\/partnership-program\/fellows-program\/leadership-fellows-program\/\"><strong>Leadership Fellows<\/strong><\/a><\/span><span>, a selective program comprised of 20 of Adelphi\u2019s most accomplished students. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Serve as guest lecturer on topic(s) pertaining to their expertise<\/strong><span>, such as leadership, industry trends and career advice.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span><strong>Serve as mentors<\/strong>,<\/span><span> guiding students through their leadership journeys, offering career advice and facilitating professional connections.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Assist with internship opportunities<\/strong><span> for program participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Provide feedback and guidance<\/strong><span> on the Executive Fellows and Leadership Fellows programs, helping Adelphi build programs that have extraordinary impact on our students and community.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Program Commitment<\/h2>\n<p><span>Executive Fellows are asked to commit one academic year to the program, and the time commitment will be tailored to the availability of each Fellow. Most will attend campus a minimum of one time per year, participate in virtual check-in meetings and mentor one-two students.
