{"id":2521,"date":"2024-08-26T11:05:31","date_gmt":"2024-08-26T15:05:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/hr\/?page_id=2521"},"modified":"2025-08-28T10:45:14","modified_gmt":"2025-08-28T14:45:14","slug":"keys-to-well-being-certificate","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/hr\/training\/keys-to-well-being-certificate\/","title":{"rendered":"Keys to Well-Being Certificate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our Keys to Well-Being Certificate program is focused on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/hr\/working-at-au\/well-being\/\">four keys to well-being<\/a>\u2014physical well-being, emotional well-being, financial well-being and social well-being.<\/p>\n<h2>Requirements for the Program<\/h2>\n<p><span>There are two main components of this certificate program:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Self-Directed Online Learning Content<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/moodle.adelphi.edu\/course\/view.php?id=164248\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Completion of a Moodle course<\/a> consisting of nine required and one elective modules. Each module contains a LinkedIn Learning video course focusing on work\/life balance, physical well-being, emotional well-being, financial well-being, or social well-being.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that employees do not need to pursue the certificate program to participate in this Moodle course. However, if you wish to earn a certificate you must successfully complete both the Moodle course and the Nutrition and Health Coaching Program.<\/p>\n<h3>Nutrition and Health Coaching Program<\/h3>\n<p>The Fall 2025 group coaching program will run from late September to early December. The introductory wellness webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025. This session will be recorded, if you are unable to attend.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n3. Participants will be asked to select the group they would like to join (pending availability) based on their schedule:<br \/>\nGroup 1: Will meet Tuesdays from 10:00 am -11:00 am<br \/>\nGroup 2: Will meet on Wednesdays from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm<br \/>\nGroup 3: Will meet on Thursdays from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm<br \/>\nSessions will be scheduled for the weeks of October 6, October 20, November 3, November 17, and December 1.
