About the Speakers

Matthew Tesoriero

Matt Tesoriero ’07

Matt Tesoriero is the Co-Founder & CEO at GUAC SHOP Mexican Grill. He also is a co-owner of Park Place Restaurant and Bar, Spoons Ice Cream and Cereal, and Candy Club LLC. In addition, Matt is a real estate specialist with Sabre Real Estate Advisors. Matt graduated from Adelphi with a BBA in management and marketing.

Ismael Voltaire

Ismael Voltaire, MA ’19

Ismael Voltaire graduated from Adelphi University with an MS in Biology concentrating in Biotechnology. He also has a deep interest in business, which led him to obtain his MBA. He is currently a professor at St. Thomas University in Miami and the CEO and Co-founder of Voltaire Consulting Group.

Rayan Almathhur

Rayan Almathhur, MS ’19

Rayan Almathhur graduated from Adelphi in 2018 with an MS in Biology concentrating in Pathology and Anatomy. He has worked as a senior scientific support specialist with Eurofins NTD Genetics. Rayan serves as the Chief Operating Officer & Co-founder of Voltaire Consulting Group
