Post an Opening on Handshake<\/h2>\n

All on-campus job listings are now listed in Handshake.\u00a0All jobs should be posted under and connected to a departmental contact.<\/p>\n

Create a Handshake Account<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Register with Handshake<\/a>\u00a0and follow the posted instructions to set up your account.<\/li>\n
  2. You will be prompted to first identify an existing Adelphi University department or school: Begin typing Adelphi in the field labeled\u00a0Find Your Organization<\/strong>\u00a0and a list of Adelphi departments will appear below it.<\/li>\n
  3. Check the appropriate box, and then click<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How to Post a New On-Campus Job Opening<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Log in<\/a> to your Handshake account,<\/li>\n
    2. Go to\u00a0My Jobs <\/strong>on the main menu<\/li>\n
    3. Click on\u00a0New Job <\/strong>to begin the process of entering position details.<\/li>\n
    4. Fill in your contact information. If you need a department to be created,\u00a0contact the Center for Career and Professional Development.<\/li>\n
    5. Once posted, you can mark a listing as\u00a0Active <\/strong>or\u00a0Inactive<\/strong>\u00a0when ongoing seasonal jobs are either filled or open.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You may also send your job listing to\u00a0employerservices@adelphi.edu<\/a>\u00a0or fax it to\u00a0<\/strong>516.877.3136<\/strong>. Upon receipt, we will list it on\u00a0Handshake<\/a>, at your request.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
