Courses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bhis\u00e9 Center-aligned courses are interdisciplinary and touch on a number of its key priorities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marginalized groups and subaltern populations<\/li>\n<li>Gender equity<\/li>\n<li>Repressed narratives in history and public discourses<\/li>\n<li>Empowerment and decoloniality<\/li>\n<li>Critical contemporary issues requiring global solutions<\/li>\n<li>Classical performing arts (from India and other regions of the world) and their role in fostering intercultural communication and sustainable development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faculty members are invited to submit proposals for the <a href=\"https:\/\/intranet.adelphi.edu\/faculty\/bhise-center-for-global-understanding\/aligned-course-development\/\" target=\"_blank\"
